Make sure the name you want isn't part of an active website (names
not likely to expire and possibly trademark-protected) or confusingly

Only a full search conducted by a
trademark professional can give you total assurance that a name isn't
protected, but you may wish to perform some preliminary searches
designed to inform you of any obvious trademark conflicts.

Only one SnapBack™
subscription is available per domain name. The only way to prevent someone
from using SnapBack™ to back-order your domain name is to protect it with
your own SnapBack™ subscription.
Our service does not and never
will take a domain name away from a current registrant before that
registrant allows the name to expire.
SnapBack is your best chance
